All our products are handmade in our family glass factory in Bohemia, Czech Republic.
Bohemian crystal is best-known for its sparkling clarity and have been sought-after commodity for centuries. Since foundation of our factory in 1905, we have refined the glassmaking process to achieve the highest quality of glass products using the original techniques of mouth-blowing and hand-shaping.
We use sodium-potassium crystal glass with colour additives. Glass in our factory is famous for the clarity and brilliance. We add the colours to the furnace pots during the melting process. Pot colours represent the highest grade of coloured glass.
No. All our glass is lead-free and 100% safe for your health and the environment.
Yes. All our glassware is dishwasher safe but the washing programme shall not exceed temperatures of 40°C. We recommend washing KLIMCHI glassware in hand using warm water and mild detergent to increase the longevity of the products.
Order & Shipping
Currently we ship directly from our factory to all European countries, USA and Canada. Shipping costs are indicated at the checkout page. We have a FREE shipping rate policy for all UK and Europe orders.
It depends which country the order will be shipped to, ranging from 2-5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
If you experience problems tracking your order, please check your courier tracking email. Alternatively, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to assist you.
We use FedEx and their local courier partners. You’ll be notified of the courier details together with the tracking number in your confirmation email.
Delivery & Returns
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Our standard return policy for full refund is 30 days. Please review our return policy for details.
Don't worry - our goods are insured during transportation and we offer breakage guarantee on all our products so we will send you new one(s) in case the parcel gets damaged.
In case the box arrives visibly damaged from the transportation please record that in the protocol upon handover. If the box is delivered in your absence and is visibly damaged, please take photos before opening the box. After opening of the box please take photos of the condition of the goods and reach out to us on email@example.com, keeping your order number at hand, and we will help you out.
Returns are processed within 7 business days after receiving your return package. It may take up to 3 additional business days for refunds to show on your account. When you refund is processed, we will confirm this to you by email.

No, it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.
Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. Our payment gateway provider GoPay complies with PCI DSS Level 1 requirements which is the highest rank a payment gateway provider can attain. Your data is completely safe.
